Principle Responsibilities:
-Work closely with hiring manager to make job analysis and deeply understand hiring requirements
-Plan and organize all the recruitment activities, responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle from job posting, screening or sourcing, interview scheduling, selection, offers negotiation and issue offers etc.
-Manage the data associated with the recruitment process, provide weekly/monthly recruiting report
- Map out target talents and keep a good accumulation into talent pool, build up network in talent market for pipeline preparation, passionate to reactive passive candidates
-Keep track of the internal referral program and monitor process
-Assist the Recruiting Manager/Supervisor to complete the important Staffing projects like campus recruitment as needed.
岗位职责:
1.与用人部门招聘经理密切配合,进行岗位分析并深入了解岗位招聘要求
2.计划和组织各类招聘活动,负责端到端、全流程的招聘活动,包括职位发布、简历筛选与搜寻、面试安排、参与面试、薪资谈判以及发放offer等。
3. 管理招聘数据,提供招聘周报与月报
4. 整理与绘制目标候选人的人才地图,扩充公司人才库
5.跟进内部推荐并监控其流程
6. 必要时协助招聘经理/主管完成其他招聘项目如校园招聘等
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor and above degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource related function.
-Typically a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources or related experience in MCN, at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Recruiting experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred
-Strong team player who demonstrates interest and commitment in contributing to the recruiting team success, good communication/coordination skills, proactive and can work under pressure
-Headhunter background is highly preferred
任职资格:
1.本科及以上学历,工商管理、人力资源等相关专业
2.5年以上跨国企业人力资源从业经验,至少3年以上全流程招聘经验,有制造业招聘经验者优先
3.具有团队合作精神,良好的沟通协调技巧,积极主动,抗压性强
