Responsibilities:
•Instruct lead hands and operators in the day-to-day performance of their duties.
•Be responsible for proper production method, layouts, and materials supply.
•Train and supervise employees in the proper quality-check procedures in order to control the rate of scrap.
•Lead or involve in continuous improvement projects in production.
•Supervise and manage daily production activities to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements. Solve production related problems
•Responsible for staff and equipment management in production lines, ensure that all technical process and quality are followed.
•Responsible for controlling and developing production process to improve quality and productivity by working close with QC, Labs or related department.
•Other Duties Assigned.
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree major in chemistry
•Above 3 years related experience in manufacturing background
•Be familiar with the equipment process
