Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate production according to quality of vendor, as well as, train quality control staffs in order to execute quality policy of TESZ. Control vendor quality within TESZ QC system.
2. Evaluate supplier quality performance and audit the supplier.
3. Check quality status of product provided by both internal and external suppliers, take preventive action actively to guarantee the finished goods quality.
4. Feedback the defective part’s information that were detected in Incoming Inspection to supplier on time, require supplier to take corrective action and check countermeasure complete status.
5. Work with supplier together to find out the root cause, complete correction action report and check countermeasure complete status.
6. When get some complains from customer, will work with related component’s supplier to find out the root cause, conduct the correction action and check countermeasure complete status.
Requirements：
1. Bachelor or above.
2. Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and VDA 6.3- Automotive experience.
3. Professional knowledge of quality tools （SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, etc.）.
4. Problem Solving Skill （8D, 5 Why etc.）.
5. Experience in quality and process control of injection molding, stamping/forming or surface treatment respectively would be an advantage.
6. Familiar with office software.
