Responsibility工作职责：
1． Responsible for C&B function in HR, including performance management and sales commission calculation.
负责HR部门薪酬及绩效工作（包括销售提成核算工作）；
2． Responsible for attendance management;
负责公司考勤管理工作；
3． Responsible for the HR policies updating or revising and implantation.
公司各项人事管理政策或制度的更新管理以及推行；
4． Responsible for the personal file and labor contracts management;
负责公司所有员工的档案管理，合同管理工作以及试用期管理；
5． Responsible for employee relationship management;
员工关系管理工作；
6． Responsible for training management;
负责公司培训管理工作；
7． Supporting HR manager to recruit several vacant position; 协助HR经理部分岗位的招聘工作；
8． Supporting HR manager to follow up all kinds of administration work.
HR经理各交代的各类行政支持工作；
Requirements任职资格
1. Bachelor degree above, HRM or psychology major is preferred.
本科以上学历，人力资源或心理学相关专业毕业优先；
2. At least 6 years working experience in HR area, specialized in C&B, Recruiting and employee relationship function.
至少6年以上HR工作经验。尤其擅长薪酬及招聘以及员工关系管理三个模块；
3. Careful, patience, has sense of responsibility, be good at communication and can work under working pressure.
工作细心并耐心，有责任感，善于沟通以及能承担工作压力及独立工作；
4. Fluent English is a plus;
