SENIOR ASSITANT:
Job description：
1、Responsible for coordination of daily operation between DHL operations and customer;
2、Prepare all kind of documents as per customers' instruction;
3、Public relationship maintenance with customers;
4、Handle payment application & collection;
5、Provide information exchange and tracking & tracing work to customers;
6、Work as main contact window to facilitate customer's communication;
7、Communication with DHL operations about shipment status;
8、Ensure information and communication from customer is delivered well;
9、Ensure to deliver best in class service to customer;
10、Coordinate and liaise with relevant party to provide update & status to customer
Qualifications：
1、Colleague or University degree graduate & CET-4 or above level;
2、Flexible, capable of team work and performance under pressure;
3、Good inter-person communication skills and coordination;
4、Good computer skills;
