工作内容: Key Responsibilities
按要求加工各项工件，尽可能提高工艺能力
EDM the components during new mold fabrication and production mold maintenance, and try to improve process capacity
协助主管安排工作assist on EDM work arrangement
机器维护和保养 machine clean and maintenance
带教下级技术员进行工作和跟进进度和质量lead, teach the inferior and follow up the schedule and quality
上级交办的其它工作 Other work assigned by the superior

培训经历: occupational Training requirement:
受过模具制作、钢材、火花机加工等方面的培训 Be trained on mold fabrication, steel and EDM and so on.
安全相关培训 the training courses about the safety
技能技巧: Skills
对塑胶产品及模具的结构有深刻的认识，至少八年的模具电火花经验.Good at tool structure and know-how, at least eight years solid mold EDM experience.
熟悉模具电火花加工机器Good at mold EDM machine, especially for AGIE EDM machine.
良好的模具电火花问题解决能力Good at trouble shooting of mold EDM problems;
简单的英文阅读能力 can read simple English in daily work
