职位内容描述 ( Job Description)
? Implement plant NPI procedures and align with all resources in order to ensure the project can be implemented smoothly.
协调所有的资源确保项目顺利实施
? Develop project master plan, assign tasks, review and monitor projects progress and drive related parties in order to ensure projects successful implementation.
项目进度的跟踪维护
? Coordinate related function team to ensure new product successful produced.
协调相关部门确保新产品顺利生产
? Evaluation of Manufacturing cost.

Majored in ? Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

电气或者机械专业专科以上学历
? 培训经历（Training experience）
Participate the training of project management. PMP certificate holder will be an advantage
参加过项目管理方面的培训,有PMP证书优先。
? 经验（Working experience）
3 years experiences with the role of New product introduction from lighting industry。Knows the product requirements of North America market very well.
3年以上灯具行业新产品导入或者项目管理工作经验。熟悉北美市场的各项产品要求。
? 技能技巧（Technics & Skills）
Must have a concept about the production process of lighting products.熟悉灯具工艺流程。
Project management skills
丰富的项目管理技能。
Familiar with using software such as Pro-E,CAD etc.
熟练使用Pro-E,CAD等软件。
Knowledge of SMT process is a plus
熟悉SMT相关工作流程优先。
? 综合素质（overall quality）
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
