PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Lead and drive plant general layout optimization to improve overall logistics efficiency, develop general standards to improve plant perception and validate process cycle time increment to maximize product profitability
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design & optimize plant general layout including production workshop/warehouse/office area etc. to fulfil business objectives
2. Coordinate general layout change & improvement execution
3. Standardize worktable & visual management of production workshop and office
4. Validate process cycle time increment effectiveness
5. Lead productivity improvement project
WORK EXPERIENCE:
1. At least 6 years work experience with IE related, Knowledge on IE skills, especially for layout design and material flow analysis
2. Lean project leading experience is preferred
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1. Have strong leadership & problem solving with PDCA
2. Good communication skills
3. Engagement on improvement & innovation
4. Be skillful in PC software, such as AutoCAD etc
