Key Responsibilities/岗位职责:
1. Implement headquarter Sourcing strategy and policy, for specific products group, to build up a competitive local supplier base.
执行总部采购策略，建立负责材料的具有竞争力的本土供应商基础。
2. Support new project development with cost target and project schedule, develop the supplier with new material and technology to match the new project requirement.
支持新项目的成本目标和计划进度，开发符合项目新材料新技术要求的供应商。
3. Bridge Hager NPI requirement to supplier and make sure it well implement, such as material availability, quality and sample validation,… to be escalation window once supplier can’t match Hager NPI requirement.
负责沟通海格和供应商之间关于新项目要求的桥梁，负责物料调达，质量和样品承认， 并作为海格和供应商问题联络和解决的窗口。
4. Supplier selection, assessment and development under Hager quality standard and TCO process, to support local market development and growth requirement.
在符合海格质量成本标准要求下，负责供应商甄选 评估和开发以满足海格本地市场和业务增长的要求。
5. Manage and continuously improve supplier performance, with flexible delivery, reliable quality level and effectively supporting in new project development.
管理并持续提高供应商表现，支持新项目在灵活交付，可靠质量和有效沟通方面的需求。
6. Work with cross function team, R&D, QA, SDO, monitoring market trend and initiate the cost reduction activity by material change, supplier base change or improving process efficiency.
跨部门合作，与开发，品质和供应商开发一起管理市场趋势，通过物料变更，供应商改变或流程优化来降低采购成本。
7. For specific products group, drive material cost reduction, PPE (purchasing price evolution) to build up Hager products cost advantage.
负责指定产品的降价需求以建立海格产品的价格优势。
Position Requirements/任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering or business field.
工程或者商务本科毕业。
2. At least 5 years experience in sourcing,procurement or supply chain mamagement field.
至少5年以上采购或供应链管理经验。
3. Familiar with injection molding,metal stamping,Machining parts and eletronic parts cost analysis.
熟悉注塑、五金和电子料件的成本分析。
4. Demenstrated and solid experience in NPI sourcing area.
在新产品采购方面有丰富经验。
5. Good verbal and written communication skills with oversea, partner, suppliers.
具备良好的沟通能力，能与国外同事，合作伙伴，供应商协同合作。
6. English as working language.
英语读写流利，能用英语进行沟通。
7. Better if familiar with project management.
如具备一定的项目管理 经验更佳。
8. Better if SAP experience.
有SAP 经验更佳。
9. Can read engineering drawing.（better to have）
