职责Roles and Responsibilities:
1. 与供应商根据物料入库数量及单价进行对账，对账无误后要求供应商开具发票
Reconciliation for material quantity and unit price with vendor, require vendor prepare purchase invoice after confirming the amount is matched
2. 收到供应商发票，在金蝶系统应付模具做采购发票，根据发票及外购入库单在金蝶系统录入会计凭证
Receive the invoice from vendor, Input journal entry for AP accoutn in K3 system
3. 每月月底对已入库未收发票的部分计提应付账款，做应付账款暂估处理
Accrue for accounts payable provisional estimate which had already recieved materials but still not yet received the invoice
4. 每月根据AP Aging安排供应商货款的付款工作
Arrange payment according to AP Aging
5. 整理核对代供应商购买模具的AP，收到客户的代付款时需要及时冲销应付账款
Monthly vouchers binding and finish any other jobs assigned by superior
6. 及时摊销上月“预付账款”科目，将上月“预付账款”余额转入当月费用
Amortisation "advance payment" course last month, in time to "advance payment" balance into the monthly fee last month
7. 整理凭证资料，跟进其它事项
Materials of credentials, follow up other matters
经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:1. 大专或大专以上学历，会计/会计电算化专业
College or college degree above in Accounting / Accounting Computerization
2. 掌握会计的基础知识与核算方法，熟悉会计法及经济法其他制度
Mmaster the basic knowledge and accounting methods of accounting, familiar with the accounting law and other systems of economic law
3. 一年以上相关工作经验
One year or above related working experience
4. 熟悉各类办公软件，Excel运用熟练
Familiar with all kinds of office software, Excel skilled use
5. 良好的英语听说读写能力
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
6. 熟悉各种税务法规及税务申报的程序
Familiar with various tax laws and tax reporting process
7. 持有会计从业资格证书、统计从业资格证书
