工艺成本工程师－精密机加工件
Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
1) Review and evaluate drawings and data from customer. Estimate the cost breakdown, including material cost, process time & cost, labour cost, etc., to enable marketing department to quote customers.
审阅客户图纸和工程资料，预估出产品的成本构成， 如材料成本，工艺时间及成本，人工成本等。
2) Search suppliers for both existing and new projects of engineering products
为现有的和新的项目工程产品搜寻合适的供应商
3) Assist in factory audits including factory equipment, facilities, process capacity, etc.
协助供应商审核，包括评估其工厂设备，工艺设施，及其生产能力等。
4) Provide product technique support to Engineer department and Quality department
为工程部和品质部提供有关产品生产工艺的技术支持
5) Analyse problems arise in production & quality issues and give solutions.
生产、质量问题的原因分析，及提出改良建议。
Requirements 任职资格：
1. Be familiar with process costs of CNC machining processes, such as milling, turning, drilling, grinding, wire cutting, EDM, etc.
熟知cnc机加工工艺成本，如车、铣、磨、钻、线切割、放电加工等
2. Be familiar with process costs of welding, painting, plating, powder coating, packaging, etc.
熟知各种后工艺的成本，如焊接，喷涂，电镀，粉末喷涂，包装等
3. Solid working experience at CNC machining, be familiar with the related equipment & facility, and their relation to the cost.
有CNC加工生产的实际经验，熟知各种机器设备、工艺设施，及其对成本的影响关系等
4. Be able to read engineering drawings and with software such as Autocad, Solidworks, Pro/E.
能够识读理解各种工程图纸，包括使用一些软件工具如Autocad, Solidworks, Pro/E等。
5. Be able to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
能操作电脑软件， 如：MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint 和 Outlook
6. Have good communication skill and good negotiation skill
具有良好的沟通能力和良好的谈判技能
7. English is not a must, but a plus
