-Tertiary Degree in Womens Apparel - Production / Textiles package - neg according to experience
-MAESTRO requires a highly focused, self-motivated individual who can multi task and assist in the sourcing of product and production. The role involves liaising with theManaging Director, Factories and Logistic Company within China, Donguang region.
A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail is necessary with the ability to follow through to successful completion is absolutely essential. On the job training will be provided to the successful candidate. Good organizational skills are essential as well as the ability to work as part of a team and or individually.
Working hours are FULL TIME
Key Responsibilities: -
The creating detailed sample and production orders to send to major suppliers in China.
Prepare sample range submission
Liaison with customers and factory on samples development, changes and delivery
Process Purchase Orders
negotiating quantities and delivery time-scales
handling supply/production problems as they arise
Order fabrics, accessories and trims
Provide assistance to Warehouse Manager on packing labels, packing list and delivery booking
Provide assistance to Accountant in all accounting aspects.
Quality Assurance submission to both customer's QA dept and external textile testing agents
To be successful for this role you will have: -
Experience within the Fashion – Wholesale Industry is necessary
Have a working knowledge of Garment and Accessory specifications
Demonstrable ability to priorities tasks and to take direction
Excellent tertiary qualifications
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Proven ability to add value as a part of a team
Positive work attitude is a must
