Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: R&D Director (Foreigner)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading development team for new product development.
2. Coordinate resource within department and between department to achieve target.
3. Provide necessary support/advice for engineers healthy development.
4. Technical assistance to Marketing and other departments.
5. Technical analysis on products.
6. New product base on new application design and development.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering or similar.
2. Good English skills in speaking, reading and writing.
3. 6 sigma certificated is preferred.
4. 8 years or above work experience in PD (Product Development) /PE (Process Engineering) department in electronic components manufacturer.
5. Experience in capacitor, especially film capacitor area is preferred.
6. Experience in leading a development team is preferred.
7. Good ability in analyzing or logical thinking.
8. Good knowledge in process CP, CPK, correlation analysis and SPC is preferred.
9. Experience in conducting project.
10. Good interpersonal communications skills.
11. Very good team player.
12. Able to work under pressure and challenge.
13. Active and initiative in work.
