Job Purpose:
Manage new product quality and Drive the quality improvement at product whole life cycle.
Key areas of accountability:
- Understand customer requirement, communicate and handle customer complaint to meet 0 hour and DPPM target.
- Handle customer complaint (8D) and warranty returns, drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle production quality issue with deep analysis and driving of root cause
- Monitoring production quality & scrap performance (KPI) and take actions to cover when there is gap.
- Organize internal and external system, process, product audit and closely follow the closure of all non-conformity with all functional team.
- Sufficient risk analysis for production & process change, guarantee all change are under evaluation and authorization the minimize the risk to customer.
- Drive continuous improvement on supplier’s quality together with purchasing team, proactively take actions to enhance our quality level.

Job scope:
Work under minimum supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge. Works require initiation and cases can be different. Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to senior management. Work requires independent decision making and the decision would directly influence the quality result.
Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree majored in mechanical engineering or plastic/ chemical engineering.
Working Experience: Min 5 years’ experience in which minimum 2 Years in quality supervisor position, preferably in AV product, other electronic products can be considered. Acoustic experiences is prefer.
Expertise/Skills: Good communication skill customer and supplier, Familiar with TS and VDA.
Accurate working style with excellent skill on data statistics.
Language skills: Good command of English (both spoken and wwritten) / Mandarin.
