the selected candidates will receive training from different departments in Cortina to get knowledge and working experience in following operations:
- Product Development
- Sales administration
- Purchasing (shoes, materials)
- Quality department
- Warehousing
- Logistic
- HR/Finance/Travel
The training program will be a 6 months to 1 year program.
Following the good evaluation, the excellent candidates will be assigned with job during or after program.
