Job duties：
1. Lead and manage purchasing team to place PO and follow up the delivery with good price, quality.
2. Manage supplier relationship to meet objectives in the areas of delivery, quality, pricing, and inventory control etc;
3. Implement purchasing policy, and optimize and maintain purchasing procedure etc;
4. Review and approve purchase order in authorized amount;
5. Develop new supplier per company’s business needs and optimize current vendors;
6. Team-Work with other departments;
7. Monitor Supplier performance and report to material manager monthly;
8. Coach people in purchasing team to improve the personal skills and working efficiency
9.Other temporary works;
10. Expedite and escalate (internally and externally) delivery of material affecting current demand;
11, Help USA/Mexico Purchasing Team to work with China local supplier issue;
Requirements:
1,bachelor degree or college
2,3 +years sourcing/purchasing supervisor experience in manufacturing environment. Prefer in cable assembly industrial;
3, management ability, team player, negotiate skills, English-speaking;
