PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible for manufacturing technology management and provide service to GSP (Global Shared Plant), which including advanced technology developing solution and transfer process management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Early focus on manufacturability in NPI and/or Advanced Technology programs. Drive in process capability assessment, tooling and equipment development.
2. Develop and implemented new process and equipment to GSP Plant by aligning customer needs and technology requirements.
3. Provide on-site technical support on process transition project between GSP Plant
4. Manages and train professional engineers, to identify, provide and evaluate the training needs of engineer to enhance competence and skill
5. To provide manufacturing technical direction or solution to GSP Plant
6. Provide engineers with frequent and timely feedback and performance reviews that are based on expectation, work attributes and skill development.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1. Good leadership, communication skills, logical and analytical talent is essential.
2. Good written and spoken English
3. Positive minded, self-starter who is a team player.
4. Solid knowledge and experience of manufacturing technologies, process development at assembly, machine area.
5. Ability to develop new processes and grasp new technologies
6. Can drive change within the Engineering department
7. Good PC skills especially MS Office, advanced Excel.
