职位介绍

1. Provide technical product expertise to frontliners team, like code identification of the spare parts, technical document translation, etc
2. Support customer with general advices on machine operation and maintenance ,parts identification.
3. Keep liaising with manufacture to find solutions on spare parts/machine technical issues, clarifying customers’ doubts and make sure the info passed to front liners are correct.
4. Willing to visit customer to develop the parts/billable service business.
