一、Essential Duties And Responsibilities
(I) Key Duty: Site transition
Task 1: Play an important role during the transition stage for knowledge transfer from site finance to COE.
Task 2: Take part in discussion to set up the new process in COE when needed.
Task 3: Review the current practice in finance operations and contribute to the continuous improvement.
(II) Key Duty: Daily accounting tasks
Task 1: Ensure the finance operations fully complied with the SOX requirements and the local regulations.
Task 2: Ensure daily accounting tasks including journal entries and reports are processed in a timely manner.
Task 3: Ensure reports are submitted to report reviewers.
Task 4: Ensure proper document filing for audit requirements.
(III) Key Duty: Month-end accounting tasks
Task 1: Coordinate related parties to obtain necessary data for accounting processing on timely manner.
Task 2: Ensure the month-end closing is timely completed and error-free.
Task 3: Ensure timely escalation to higher level for difficulties encountered during month-end closing.
(IV) Key Duty: Communication
Task 1: Review the issues identified each month and ensure timely closure.
Task 2: Communicate with related departments and sites for new process implementation when needed.
Task 3: Coordinate related parties and facilitate internal audit and external audit
(V) Key Duty: Team management
Task 1: Review and monitor the team performance on a regular basis;
Task 2: Give guidelines/instructions/training to the team when necessary;
Task 3: Act as the back up for managers when necessary.
二、Qualifications & Abilities
1、Over 5 years of accounting-related experience, sizable companies preferred.
2、Solid accounting knowledge in AR, AP and GL.
3、SAP experience is preferred.
4、Shared service centre experience is preferred.
5、Good mastery of spoken and written English is preferred.
6、Team management experience is preferred.
7、Degree holder is required.
