E-Commerce has grown dramatically and will lead in our growth going forward. To assure the fullest growth opportunity, we would like to recruit one Sourcing Specialist as follows:
The candidate will support both the operational and strategic activities under the lead of our US Development Manager with a new initiative focused on growth opportunities beyond our current business categories.
This new business development will require identifying, qualifying and pursing new opportunities for E Commerce.
Job scope:
1. Execute the sourcing and merchandising activities in supporting US E Commerce team.
2. Work independently in finding, qualifying, selecting the suitable suppliers of the new business opportunities.
3. Keep close and effective communication between our US home office and vendors
4. Follow up of product sample approval, quote sheet review, and work out the certification sheet, in assuring product launch on targeted date.
5. Vendor Management.
6. Problem solving.
Requirement:
1. The candidate MUST be able communicate independently, effectively in ORAL and WRITTEN English. University graduate with English CET level 6 or above.
Fluent Putonghua is a MUST. Cantonese will be an advantage.

2. Age at 30 or above. Outgoing, aggressive and having ambition in advanced career growth with strong business integrity. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
3. 8 years relevant working experience or above in US buying office is required. Having business in E-commerce will be definitely and advantage.
4. Relevant sourcing and merchandising work experience with proven track record.
Professional knowledge of good quality assurance, factory compliance, US regulatory consumer product requirement.
5. Travel is required.

在美国产品开发经理的带领下,此职位的同事需要支持业务及战略活动,在现有产品系列之外发展新的商机。
这种新的业务发展,为电子商务带来商机。
工作职责:
1. 协助美国电子商务部门进行产品采购及产品开发。
2. 根据美国总部要求,独立寻找,考核,筛选出合适的供应商
3. 保持与美国总部及供应商的紧密和有效沟通。
4. 跟进样品开发,报价确认,完成产品规格说明书,确保产品如期推出。
5. 供应商管理。
6. 解决问题。
要求:
1. 英语口语优秀,大学英语6级以上,大专或以上学历。普通话标准,懂广东话有优势。

2.30岁或以上,外向,进取,有事业发展的野心,品行正直。沟通能力强,善于人际交往,能独立工作。
3.8年或以上美资企业采购的相关工作经验。有电子商务相关工作经验者优先
4. 有相关的采购和跟单工作经验,有良好的业绩记录。具备专业的品管知识,验厂知识,熟悉美国法规。
