Responsibility :
1. Develop new customers and market by defining potential customers and executing business plan ;
2.Gain deep understanding of customer needs / strategy, market trend and competitors activities to develop business in target segments and customers;
3.Forecast and prepare annual sales plan and budget, and ensure excellent execution.
4.Provide professional service to customer.
Competency Requirement :
1、27-40 years old ，college education background and above ,
2、5 years sales or marketing development experience in cosmetics packaging industry , Zamac or plastic base will be preferred.
3. Extroverred , logical , good communication and negotiation skill
4. Familiar with supply and needs resources in Zamac or plastic cosmetics or wine industry , good understanding about market status and development trend
5. Excellent customer service awareness .
