Job purpose:
Primary responsible for mapping out the people development strategies, identifying development needs, developing and delivering program to support organization vision and business strategies. To work collaboratively with Corporate and regional LD team to maintain an effective leadership development system.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Work with management team to map out the people development strategies.
2. Work closely with different department heads to identify the training needs, formulate and execute the training plan to meet business objectives;
3. Execute and administrate company’s training policy and procedure;
4. Design, develop and deliver training programs for all levels of employee, including front line supervisory, professional, and management team;
5. Formulate talent development strategies and build a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified human resources to fill organization requirements;
6. Assess and coordinate with training institutions/associations for development of specific programs;
7. Boost coaching and learning culture in the organization by using various tools and techniques;
8. Work closely with plant GM to develop and facilitate annual management offsite meetings;
9. Support and collaborate with regional OD team and regional Leadership Development team to implement Talent Development Program;
10. Support HR head on ad-hoc HR and/or development related projects;
11. Support localization and implementation of the learning and development programs, which are required by the headquarter;
12. Lead and develop internal trainers.
Requirements:
1. A degree holder in HR/Business Administration
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Training and Development
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
4. Effective leadership skills to manage several projects at one time and ensure the team meet deadlines
5. Solid ability in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
