职位介绍

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION基本功能
1.Manage Electronic (PCBA/SMT) assembly, system integration & metal parts’ quality from NPI to the project end of line stage.
2.Quality improvement from IQC material Quality to Finished good shipment Quality to Customer,
3.As well as Customer Quality Complaint (8D) handling.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责
1.Dedicate on quality control of the new product introduction of PCBA (SMT/SMD) and Mechanical products, coordinate with QA, IQC and Engineering for the sample inspection and evaluation.
2.Attend the conference call and discussion with Customer
3.Organize and coordinate CFT members to resolve the quality problems occurred
4.Regularly analysis Quality data / Summarize Quality performance result, e.g. DPPM, RPY/FPY and complaint; RMA.
5.Constantly review /update related documents, procedures, work instructions, etc. for continually improvement
6.Responsible for complete Quality Control Plan, QAI and work with QA for the control plan of mass production, and submit it to Customer for approval.
7.New product pilot run follow up, verification and issue Quality FPY summary + action plan report.
8.Participate in the Incoming/In-process/ RMA MRB meeting.
9.Conduct Process / Product Audit and driving for continually improvement on process/product
10.Ongoing monitoring of new / current product quality trend by applying statistical control techniques (SPC/CPK) as appropriate & ensure proper control limit is available on each chart for control.
11.Response to customers’ feedback / complaint on new/ current product quality issues to avoid this issue re-occurrence.
12.Provide quality reports and data to customers whenever necessary.
13.Verify the implementation of solution to Customer’s feedback for new products/ current product.
14.To constantly seek solutions to all quality problems through quality meetings
15.Establish AEO requirement, execution and conduct audit to meet certification.
16.Verify the material of automatic Customer in CAMDS/ IMDS during NPI

Education, Qualification and training学历,资格及培训
Undergraduate,major: mechanical or electronic is preferred
Experience or skills required工作经验及所需技能
1.5 Years work experience in electronics or mechanicals quality management
2.Computer skill
3.Write and speak English fluently (must)
4.Should have the basic information security risk identification and judgment.
