Background and Skill Requirements：
1、Technical university Master degree in mechanical engineering
2、3-5 years’ experience in home and commercial appliances
3、Experiences in sheet metal process, plastics and rubber parts/material and how to process it during manufacturing/rework
4、Experiences in application engineering.
5、At least 5 years Leadership experience in engineering environment with at least two years of close involvement with product development.
6、 Knowledge of managing a department (modern managing) with focus of future orientation, people orientation and culture
7、Knowledge of development procedures and methods
8、Knowledge of effective team building approaches and team dynamics
9、Knowledge of ISO quality system and related requirements.
10、Extensive computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphics applications.
11、Skilled at using Catia V6 and above software
Key Responsibilities
1、Reports the status of the development by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, summarizing, and displaying data.
2、Assists engineers/developers in component and material selection.
3、Reviews and updates project specifications and requirements with engineers.
4、Increases technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing technical publications, standards, directives and laws for product development and safety.
5、Ensure that staffing and competences are appropriate to support current business plans and future publications, standards, directives and laws for product development and safety.
