Position Summary:
In view of the Company’s aggressive business expansion, multiple openings are created in Staff Recruitment Team in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. As an important member of Asia recruitment team, the position will assist in recruiting positions for various business units and departments in Shenzhen, China and Hong Kong, by partnering with functional/business leaders and line managers in our organization in fulfilling our needs. With the overall objective of representing our Company to acquire the best and qualified talent, the role will take ownership of recruitment projects or openings and maximize talent sourcing capabilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for end to end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing & qualifying, interviewing and offer negotiation
2. Work closely with functional/business leaders and line managers to identify hiring needs and selection criteria
3. Provide consultative and operational support to functional/business leaders and line managers on recruitment related activities to ensure timely and quality delivery
4. Provide support and participate in other ad-hoc recruitment initiatives and HR projects
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business and other relevant disciplines
2. Minimum of 1 years’ related experience, either from recruitment agency or in-house recruitment
3. Knowledge of industrial manufacturing industry and China practice is required
4. Automotive industry and industrial automation exposure will be advantageous
5. Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, such as metal stamping/tooling, machining, plastics injection, plating and powder metallurgy, would be a plus
6. Exposure in identifying and attracting overseas Asia talent is advantageous
7. Positive, creative, result-oriented, logical, proactive team player, able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment with resilience
8. Good communication skill, able to work with different level of stakeholders, including internal hiring managers and external vendors
9. Good command of Mandarin Chinese and English
