ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Involve new project RFQ, develop competitive manufacturing solution；
2. New product process design appropriate machine/fixture design and selection, production document preparation (Flow chart, PFMEA, line layout, WI…)
3. Determine and verify machine/fixture parameter；
4. Product DFM review and improvement；
5. Production trouble shooting, maintain smoothly production running
6. Lean and 6 sigma project development, quality and cost improvement
7. Lead and coach subordinate 8. Other job assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES
1.College education or above, Mechanical/Industrial engineering background is preferred;
2. above 5 years PCBA industry process or manufacturing engineering experience; Battery pack product experience is preferred；
3.Be skillful at AutoCAD and MS office software. Be good at reading and written in English；
