Responsibilities：
1. 负责和CFT成员一起导入新产品。
Be responsible to work with NPI CFT (Cross function Team) team for new product introduction.
2. 从实际出发能用熟练运用PFMEA，动作分析和防呆等工具研发内部的组装和预组装制程。
Develops in-house manufacturing sub-assembly and assembly processes, in line with global best practices, using P-FMEA, MOST analysis, error-proofing, etc.
3. 和夹具工程师一起设计新设备和新夹具。
Work with equipment or fixture engineer to develop new equipment or fixture for new production.
4. 主导新产品试产。
Be in charge of new production pilot run with Engineering team.
5. 负责撰写和更新WI。
WI preparation for new production and update for existing production.
6. 新项目RFQ工时和设备及工治具评估，建立和维护量产产品工时数据库。
Evaluate labor cost, equipment and jig at RFQ stage. Routing standard time maintenance for existing production line.
7. 产品ST2A设定及更新。
Product ST2A setup and update.
8. 调整生产线布局提升生产效率。
Assure production flow running with high efficiency and safety.
9. 引领车间改善，引进创新和改善技术来降低工时和成本及提升效率。
Lead workshop kaizen activities, bring into innovative and Kaizen technologies & tools to improve standard time & cost & efficiency.
10. 和品质工程师等一起解决现场出现的问题。
Lead and work with PQE and equipment engineer etc. for production line spot trouble shooting.
11. 处理上级交办的其他事宜。
Deal with other assignments assigned by superior.
Qualification：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械或电子类相关专业。
College degree or above, major in mechanical, electronic or equivalent.
2. 3年以上工艺改善相关工作经验。
Above 3 years process management working experience.
