Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: HR Director
Total Subordinate: None
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up functions:
• Set up the recruitment system with clear definition of job matrix.
• Improve the interview system.
2. Implement:
• Organize the recruitment of indirect labor force, design and organize the interview, introduce more selection tools such as behavior interview, structure interview etc.
• Ensure recruiting the right talents timely.
3. Mangement:
• Ensure the recruitment run exactly, timely.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 3 years experience of indirect labor recruitment in international companies.
3. Good English in both oral and writing is a must.
4. Good recruitment experience of indirect labor, familiar with organizing behavior interview or structural interview skills.
5. Good common sense in HR field.
6. Good planning skills and communication & coordination skills.
7. Open, confident, self-motivated and independent, innovative, rich soft skill.
