主要岗位职责:
1.All kinds of personal data input and revision and daily personal information updated and record .
员工个人资料的及时更新及档案保管。
2.Entry and resignation handling, orientation training for new employees
员工入职, 离职手续办理, 员工入职培训。
3.Personal attendance check, monitor and monthly wage calculation worker level as well.
员工考勤处理和核对,每月员工薪资计算。
4. Employee performance form follow up and handling
员工试用期满,调动,晋升手续办理及资料更新。
5. Employees contract follow up and management .
员工合同管理,续签跟进。
6. Responsible for all related HR reports
负责制定各类人事和考勤报表。
7. Alien employment permit for foreign staffs .
公司外籍人员各类证件办理。
8.Employee relation follow up (such as meeting with workers /dispute /employee birthday …)
员工关系处理如定期与员工级开会/协助处理劳动争议/员工生日活动的安排。
9. Responsible to explain the company benefit systems /attendance rules from employees .
负责对公司相关考勤/薪酬制度进行解释
10. Handle the work that is arranged by Superior temporarily .
上级临时安排的其他工作。
招聘要求:
1. University degree, age below 35,at least 3 years relative working experience,Careful , intelligent, responsible, strong numerical sense.
大专以上学历,35岁以下,至少三年相关工作经验,工作认真,仔细 ,负责, 对数字十分敏感。
2.Good coordination , communication skills , able to get along with all levels.
良好的协调及沟通能力, 能与各级别的员工有效沟通和合作。
3.Have some basic knowledge on labor law .
对劳动法律法规有基本认识和了解。
4.Firm stand-point on all concerned company principle and regulations , not interfered by any personal relationship .
坚持公司的各项原则和政策,不徇私。
5.Active and prompt response to leader for any special matters
工作积极主动,遇到任何异常及时向上司汇报,不私自做任何决定。
6.Strong protection for secrecy related all the matters .
