Job Responsibility:
-Be accountable to fulfill responsible business unit's hiring with quality by required time line.
-Choose and maintain the recruitment channel.
-Collect the candidate information, initially screen the candidates and coordinate the interview.
-Recruitment procedure improvement and maintenance.
-Arrange and review the process of interview.
-Handle new employee enrollment and relevant documents, on board guide, welcome letter, enroll process.
-Manage relevant recruitment documents and manage the talent information reservoir.
-Carry out other work assigned by leader.
Requirement:
-College degree or above, Human resource, English or relevant major.
-3-5 years working experience in recruiting in manufacturing industry.
-Has a high sensitivity and a certain ability to judge, can work under pressure.
-Good communication and coordination skill.
