岗位职责：
1.根据客户需求，配合业务完成新项目的前期评估及导入；
2.主导新项目的3D设计，2D出图及BOM等工程文件的制定；
3.主导或参与技术评审工作；
4.加工材料选用，标准配件选型确认；
5. 跟进处理生产、加工及装配调试过程中出现的各种技术问题，并作出优化和改善；
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，机械相关专业 ；
2、两年以上非标自动化设备开发经验，了解机械自动化控制原理；
3、熟悉各种机加原理，了解机械常用材料及其特性；
5、能精通使用Solidworks及Auto CAD软件；
6、能独立根据开发需求进行方案评估和详细的工程设计；
7、有专案主导经验和良好的沟通协调能力及团队精神；
8、可独立完成项目，有强烈的团队精神，注重细节，有条理，动手能力强；
9、如有特殊才能，可破格聘用。

Post requirements:

3.Familiar with all kinds of mechanical principles, familiar with mechanical materials and their characteristics;
4.Proficient in Solidworks and Auto CAD software;
5.Can independently develop and carry out program evaluation and detailed engineering design according to requirements;
6.Have project leadership experience and good communication and coordination ability and team spirit;
7.Can finish the project independently, pay attention to detail, be organized, and have a good working ability;
