Responsibilities:
Creation of professional level FMEA’s (system/design/process)
Planning and moderation of FMEA project meetings.
Transfer of findings from various sources (failure analysis, reliability tests, safety tests, lessons learned and projects) into FMEA’s.
Responsible for promoting the use of FMEA design tools and techniques.
Responsible for conducting workshops to ensure that tools and techniques are correctly applied.
Provide help and guidance to engineers in the development of FMEA’s
Promote the continuous improvement of FMEA's
Presentation of evaluated risks of products or processes
Requirements
Technical degree, e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering
At least 5 years' experience in the deployment and creation of System, Design and Process FMEA's
Experienced moderating of FMEA sessions
Experienced in MS Office tools and FMEA software’s
Systematic and structured thinking
