职位介绍

任职要求：
1. 机制专业本科毕业。
Bachelor's degree in mechanism。
2. 有塑料类产品设计或塑料类产品的制造工程师8年以上工作经验。
Over 8 years work experience in plastic product design or manufacturing.
3. 了解塑料模具结构及注塑工艺，能够准确分析出塑料产品的不良原因，能够解决塑料零件及产品在生产过程中的相关问题。
Familiar with injection mold structure and injection molding process, can analyze and figure out root cause and solution to defect of component and assembly.
4. 有洁具水件行业工作经验，熟悉进水阀、排水阀结构以及相关标准(优先录取条件)。
It will be a preferential admission conditions to have the work experience in fill & flush valve of sanitary industry and possess of the knowledge of the domestic and international standard of fill/flush valve.
5. 能够使用办公软件，能够熟练使用AutoCAD软件，能够操作Pro/e (Creo)软件。
Can use office software, skilled to use AutoCAD and can use Pro/e (Creo).
6. 英语读写流利，口语流利者优先录用。
Fluency in English reading and writing, and can speak English fluently will be a preferential admission conditions.
岗位职责：
1. 公司所有零件(注塑件、五金件等)和产品(进水阀和排水阀)的尺寸和功能问题分析、处理，确保公司正常生产及出货。
Take the responsibility to analyze and handle the problem of product, make sure the production run can keep smoothly.
2. 提出产品结构、功能及成本的改进建议并协调各个环节有效执行。
According to the real situation to provide improving suggestion to the product structure, function or cost saving, and take the leader to push relative departments to execute the suggestion.
3. 对销售部门的技术支援。
Technical support to sales department.
