Day to Day Responsibilities:
Directly supervise all activities of personnel involved with the manufacturing
Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives
Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and
materials supply
Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and
policies
Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, and checking
work at frequent intervals
Provide subordinates with continual development and training as required
Coordinate production and schedule changes among all associated departments and persons
Co work with Engineer for process troubleshooting
Co work with project and Engineer for process improvement, including EEP/ECN/PDC...
Safety, 5S, PMS/PCPD
Plant all activities
Education & Experience
At least two years of relative working experiences
3+ years of management and leadership working experiences is preferred
Bachelor or above degree, engineering discipline is preferred.
Required Skills
Good English communication skills
Strong Office and PC operation skills
Familiar SPC tool
Strong communication and execution/follow up skills
Knowledge of ISO management system & Quality assurance
Practiced management skill with operation system and PCPD
Soft Skills
Good presentation and reporting skill
Strong ownership of achieving plant goal
Creative and with strong continuous improvement work characteristic
