Job Description
1.Talent management by leading, developing and training on the finance team.
2.Always adapt business economical thinking to daily work and provide advice to operation teams to fulfill finance and business target.
3.Work with team and other functional team to optimize operation process, ensure company operation compliance with local rules and corporate control system.
4.Leverage the Financial reporting & analysis, Planning & Forecast, Monthly expenditure control, Transfer price, Costing analysis etc.
5.Organize annual budget consistent with business plan and Operation KPI , Supervise & analytically review on related financial data in term of budget & forecast.
6.Applying Good communicate & well manage to lead team（work） with Local tax bureau, SAFE, bank ,related government officers and Corporate auditor.
7.Applying analytical and multiple report knowledge in project investment and feasibility report.
Skill and Ability
1.Cooperate with Function department and management team require communication, analytical skill and Business & operation acute . capability of find recommend compliance solution fulfill business achievements.
2.Good team player and have a management skill to drive in execution.
3.Good command in oral and written English.
4.Strong at ERP system.
