Job Description:
1. Conduct and optimize the FAI procedure（Include Component and Finish goods）;
2. Lead the FAI action when new product development or an ECN;
3. Train and direct FAI inspector;
4. Responsible for producing the FAI inspection Work Instruction and Inspection Plan;
5. Arrange up the FAI report, and do the preliminary check;
6. Analyze FAI result and inform SQA and R&D of the FAI nonconformity;
7. Others according to Assistant QE Manager instruction.
1. 执行和优化FAI程序包括零件以及成品；
2. 在开发新产品或是有工程变更时主导零件FAI行动；
3. 培训并指导FAI检查员；
4. 负责制定FAI的检验作业指导书和检验计划；
5. 整理FAI测量报告，并进行初审
6. 分析FAI报告的结果，并将FAI问题点反馈给SQA及R&D；
7. 由部门经理或是主管指定的其他工作。
Qualification
1. Full time college degree or above, Engineering education background, mechanical, testing major is preferred;
2. More than 5 years working experience, preferably with cable industry working experience;
3. Familiar with geometry measurement, proficient in measuring instruments and tools using;
4. Good English reading and writing, can communicate with foreign customers through mail, basic oral communication,
5. Be able to use basic measurement equipment, such as the projector, pull gauge, Oscilloscope, etc.
6. Proficient in SPC tools, be familiar with MiniTab;
7. Understanding of PPAP, APQP, MSA Knowledge;
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office software,
9. be able to work under pressure.
1. 全日制大专或以上学历，工科教育背景，机械、检测专业优先；
2. 5年以上工作经验，最好是有线材行业工作经历；
3. 熟悉产品的几何尺寸测量方法；
4. 英文读写良好，可以通过邮件与国外客户沟通，口语会基本交流；
5. 了解基本测量设备(投影仪，拉力计，示波器等)使用方法；
6. 精通SPC工具，熟练使用Minitab进行数据分析；
7. 了解PPAP, APQP, MSA等工具；
8. 熟练使用微软的办公软件；
