Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: PD Manager （产品开发经理）
Total Subordinates: PD Assistants, PD Technicians
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Laminated choke product design:
• Responsible for development of Laminated Chokes (reactors).
• Responsible for simulation, calculation for the design of laminated chokes. Provide material, component specification; work with mechanical design to create complete product design solution.
• Cost calculation for new design and cost optimization for existing design.
• Responsible for technical issues from customer.
2. Testing and measurement:
• Responsible for sample testing, creating testing specification of laminated choke products.
• Responsible for creating customer samples, approval test at customer and making necessary improvement.
• Responsible for testing setup for LaC.
3. Project management:
• Responsible to lead specific development project in a team including PM, MD, PE, PU.
• Clearly define key elements in the development projects, e.g. time management, resources optimization, cost target, risk management.
• Manage the project to complete on time and cost within the range.
4. Documentation and quality process:
• Responsible for preparing preliminary documents/record during development.
• Responsible for preparing and release of official documents for complete products.
• To follow internal quality process, e.g. QHB documents, DFMEA.
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in electrics or electronic engineering.
2. 2~3 years’ experience with development of high power reactors, transformers.
3. Basic English.
4. Interpersonal skills, communication/presentation skills.
5. Good project management skills
6. Accountability, integrity, coordination, team worker.
