职位介绍

1) Review specification from customer, analyze possibility of developing project，provide a timeline per customer requirements
审核客户的需求 ，分析开发项目的可能性，按客户要求提供项目进度时间表
2) Design everything needed or find out suppliers to help projects，develop new suppliers & new production methods
设计产品或者寻找供应商协助项目开发 ，开发新的供应商和新的生产工艺方法
3) Check design then draft 2d/3d drawings as customer specs，check with suppliers to ensure they understand customer specs，prepare prototype for customer approval
按客户要求清单审核设计并绘制工程图纸，与供应商一起核实客户的要求清单并使之完全理解，准备样品给客户确认
4) Prepare documents and material BOM for pilot-run， provide Marketing & QC department with Product & Quality specifications if necessary， monitor all quality issues from project development to the end of production
为试产准备文件和物料清单；如有需要，向市场部和品质控制部提供产品规格说明和质量规格说明，监控产品从开发到生产完成过程中的品质问题
5) Solve all technical problems during developing period
解决产品开发阶段的所有技术问题
6) Undertake other relating things assigned by superior
完成上级安排的其它工作
能力要求：
1) Excellent in using SolidWorks, AutoCAD and other related software to make 3d/3d engineering drawing.
能熟练操作SolidWorks, AutoCAD和其他相关软件绘制2d/3d工程图
2) Good knowledge and experience of mechanic, material, structure and familiar with Casting, machining，stamping, injection process.
在机械，材料，结构方面有丰富的知识和经验，熟悉铸造，机加工，钣金和塑料制造工艺。
3) Have knowledge of MS Project or ability to learn with appropriate training.
能操作MS Project或者通过接受相关培训能进行操作
4) Fluent spoken English and well written and reading ability
