职位介绍

Job Duties:
• Responsible to complete order from purchase order to sample approvals, bulk production and through to final shipment.
• Manage and follow up with production line to ensure the product quality
• Responsible for costing, sourcing materials and sample development
• Daily communication with direct customers / designers / sample room
• Retrieve and facilitate problem solution when necessaries
• Participate in price negotiation and liaison with vendors or suppliers
• Supervise a team of Merchandisers
Qualifications:
? Certificate / Degree holder of Fashion & Clothing Textile
? Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
? Minimum 4 years in supervisory level
? Strong leadership and management skills
? Experience in swimwear or lingerie products will be an advantage
? Aggressive, can work under pressure & independently
工作职责:
• 负责完成订单，从采购订单到样品批准，批量生产，直至最终出货。
• 对生产线进行管理和跟踪，确保产品质量。
• 负责成本核算，采购材料和样品开发。
• 与直接客户/设计师/样品室进行日常沟通。
• 在需要时检索和促进问题解决方案。
• 参与价格谈判，与供应商联系。
• 监督团队。
任职资格:
• 大专以上学历，服装纺织专业优先
• 4年以上管理经验。
• 强有力的领导和管理技能
• 泳装和内衣产品相关工作经验优先
