Responsibilities:
1. Summarize all the change requests from SAP.
2. Input confirmation information or any concerns in SAP.
3. Create DG change request and follow the procedure in SAP, maintain the data base alignment between Syteline and SAP.
4. Organize a team in DG to follow up change implementation status. e.g. Phase in/ out and component change.
5. Feedback Miele Germany for the phase in and phase out information.
6. New part number application, monitoring and support new part release process till final BOM replacement.
7. Communication with Miele Germany and DG colleagues regarding the item setting in system.
8. Regular meeting with MDA Germany team to update and clarify DG related topics.
9. Issue R&D documents including new BOM, SER, ECO and other change notice to other departments.
10. Follow up new WB card & Data plate confirmation by Miele Germany.
11. Coach DG colleagues to the right use of Syteline/ SAP system and fully understanding of Engineering change management process.
12. Other tasks assigned by line manager or HOD.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of work experience of BOM maintenance in ERP system.
2. Familiar with SAP / Syteline system.
3. Familiar with the Change management process and the BOM procedure.
4. Skillful and good on oral and written communication in English. (German would be a plus).
