BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
1.Test develop, troubleshooting and Failure Analysis
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Testing plan review with customer.
2.Create testing procedure and test fixture that meet customer requirements.
3.Support the test line for troubleshooting and Failure Analysis
4.Improvement of testing efficiency and test coverage.
5.Supervise and organize technicians on daily working routine.

1.Internal: Production, Project engineer/PMC/Quality/Sales/Purchasing/Sourcing
2.External: Supplier/Customer
Education, Qualification and training
1.College education and major in electronic, Power Electronics will be better
Experience or skills required
1.Min. two years work experience in the test of PCB Assembly and system integration
2.Familiar with testing plan and fixture development
3.Stronger engineering logic on failure Analysis and troubleshooting capability.
4.Familiar with testing improvement.
5.Skilled in testing design is preferred.
6.English (fluent)
Specialised knowledge or skills required
1.ISO 9002/ ISO 14000/TS 16949 /Six Sigma/5S
