Shunde Kautex Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. has been producing blow moulding machines in China for more than 10 years. Initially started in 1994 as a joint venture with Krupp Kautex, today we are 100% owned by Kautex Maschinenbau GmbH, Germany. This gives great technical support from the company who produced the first and is still leading blow moulding machine maker in the world.
Since 1998, a range of machines has been developed using Kautex technology and today we can offer 5ml up to 30 litres production capabilities. The machines can be equipped with single, double or multi fold dieheads, with mono-layer, double-layer, triple-layer or 4-layer article production. Side view stripe, head to head blowing, in-machine fluorination processes are an option. Our machines are built to a high standard with the latest state of the art control systems and can perform to the highest standards with proven reliability.
顺德考特斯塑料科技有限公司成立于1994年，当时是德国克虏伯考特斯公司的一家合资公司，至今在中国生产塑料中空成型机已有十余年。目前已拥有我公司100%股份的德国考特斯机械制造有限公司是世界上第一台塑料中空成型机的制造者，在中空成型机制造行业一直处于世界领先地位，因此，在技术上给予顺德考特斯更大的支持。
自1998年以来，公司利用德国考特斯技术开发了一系列的塑料中空成型机，能生产从5毫升到30升的塑料容器。该系列机型可配备单腔、双腔或多腔型坯头，用于生产单层、双层、三层或四层共挤制品；还可选配液位线装置及上下对吹、在线氟化处理等加工工艺。所有机器均配备了先进的控制系统，采用高标准生产，从而确保机器稳定可靠地运行。
