Automation Mechanical Engineer 自动化机械工程师
Report to: Manager Manufacturing Engineering
Location: Dongguan, Guangdong
Responsibilities:
1. Lead maintenance team to repair all the automation machines timely and efficiently to ensure production for reaching maximum productivity,
2. Making preventive maintenance plan for all automation equipment, manage maintenance technicians to follow the plan with the aim to ensure the equipment with the least problems;
3. Control and decrease equipment running and maintenance cost;
4. Implement EHS and lead culture in Maintenance team;
5. Drive downtime reduction to improve productivity;
6. Drive OEE improvement for key equipment;
7. Train, coach and motivate subordinates;
8. Lead the TPM activity
9. Other assignments by superior.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree, majored in electric engineering, automation, mechatronics, etc.;
2. Minimum 5 years of equipment maintenance experiences; experience in cable assembly industry will be highly preferred;
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
